Each 3208 unit is fully furnished, designed to be a temporary home with a measure of convenience at minimum cost

  • Cost: $1360 [Add $60/Second person]
  • Minimum stay: 3 months [Extendable]
  • Included: All furnishings, linens, utensils, utilities, HVAC, Wi-Fi
  • Conditions: Unit to be kept in original condition

 

Application at The Units @ 3208 follow Wisconsin residential lease steps, including:

  • Pre-Application form: WilsonThomasProperties.Com
  • Each applicant: Complete separate application
  • References: Additional reference information may be requested
  • Credit/reliability: Standard inquiries made from submitted application info
  • Correspondence: E-mail, phone and/or on-site visits encouraged
  • Qualification: Minimum 2-year previous full-time professional experience at recognized institution/business/industry

 

Documented agreement to include:

  • Standard Wisconsin Residential Lease
  • Non-Standard Lease Addendum
  • Resident and Residence Policy Handbook

 

Payment schedule

  • Security/assurance deposit: Equal to one month’s rent
  • Balances: Deposit paid, invitation extended reserves the unit
  • Pre-occupancy: One month “Hold” rate with 6+ month lease
  • Rent: First month’s rent with lease agreement prior to occupancy
  • Rents due: Payable via auto bank deposit or check on/before 5th ea/mo.
  • Last month rent: Security/assurance deposit not accepted as rent

 

Lease termination or extension

  • Move-out: Lease expiration date
  • Extension of lease: 40-day advance request subject to availability
  • Lengths: Full month lease extension only
  • Departures: Move-out guidelines followed

Insurance carrier provisions

  • No pets
  • No smoking
  • Two person max occupancy
  • Extensions will be accepted with approval/availability
